For example,Chipper machine overload work, the wood chipper must not be Working under overload conditions,but how the judge whether it is overload working,from below:

1. Check the crushing chamber material ,do not feed to much .

2. Make sure feed material not exceed the required Max.diameter .

3.Check the flow meter, working current control at 85% of rated current.

4.Make sure feed material not with iron ,which will broken the knife.
