Wood Shaving Machine Faults and Solutions

1.During working the belt of wood shaving machine easy loose. 

Solution: Because the motor rotor and machine rotor is  eccentric , can move the motor position to adjust the concentricity of the two rotors.

2.Wood shaving machine with low output.

Solution: Knife is not sharp, or knife set in right place. Sharpening the knife,and set in right place.

3.Hard to Feed. Knife hard to cutting .

Solution:  Because knife Badly worn ,knife gap over big or small. Replace knife or sharpen it,adjusting knife gap at 2-3mm,angle below 30°

4. Wood shaving Machine blocking material ,the feed is uneven and the blades are not sharp. 

Solution: Feed evenly to ensure that no material is stored in machine.sharpen blade to improve the cutting speed

5.Bearing Hot

Bearing housing no grease or  not mounted proper ,the bearing is damaged. Belt is too tight. 

Solution: Add grease to the bearings, balance the bearings and seats, replace the bearings, and adjust the elasticity of the belt so that the wood shaving machine can work normally.
