Roller Parts: Rollers are the core parts for making pellets. The rollers of our biomass pellet machines are made of precise material of alloy metal which makes the roller anti-bearable and no easy to broken. The simplest pelleting machine has one pair of rollers. But now, the new developed ones have two or three pair of rollers which have bigger capacity of making pellets.

Die Parts: The die parts have many holes for extruding material for compressed into formation of pellets. The holes of die have 6-8 mm diameter for your choose or we can make as your required.

Brief introduction of Final Pellet of pellet machine：

1.Pelletizing is the process of making waste materials into solid fuel/ animal feed.

2.The objects are used for burning purposes and feed the animals. 

3.Wood Pellet is one of the most commonly used pelletizing materials. 

4.Wood Pellet can be made from any type of Agro-Forestry waste

5.The machine adopts speed-adjust feeder to control the feeding capacity, and use big diameter modulator to make materials fully cured, and make the pellet smoother. 

6.Requirement of feed material:feed size 3-5mm ,moisture of raw material is 12%-15%

  The formation rate reaches 98% .

  The pellet mill final size is Dia 2mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm,15mm etc.
